This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data and the conditions for maintaining the confidentiality of data of Customers and Users of the website www.indesignstudio.info

3. Purpose and basis for data processing.

Data collected on the Website are made available by the User to whom they concern by completing the forms available on the website, during contact via e-mail, telephone contact or in connection with signing a contract for the provision of services.

Providing true personal data is voluntary and necessary to provide the ordered service or service provided electronically.

Your data including: e-mail address, name, surname, company, NIP, REGON, street, house number and possibly apartment number, postal code, city, country, voivodeship, telephone number and mobile phone number will be processed for the purpose of:

a) providing services and handling the complaint procedure. The legal basis for processing in this case is Art. 6 section 1 letter b) GDPR, authorizing the processing of data necessary to perform the contract. To the extent that your personal data are included in accounting documents, they will be processed for the purposes and limits arising from the Act of September 19, 1994 on Accounting, and the legal basis for processing is Art. 6 section 1 letter c) GDPR.

 

b) sending commercial information and offering services directly (direct marketing). The legal basis for processing in this case is Art. 6 section 1 letter a) GDPR, authorizing us to process data based on your consent.

 

The Administrator collects data provided by Users in the contact form and in e-mail.

 

Data obtained through server logs are not associated with specific people using the website and are not used by the Administrator to identify the User. They constitute only auxiliary material used to administer the Website, and their content is not disclosed to anyone other than persons authorized to administer the server.

 

4.  Who may have access to your personal data?

Within the Administrator's organizational structure, only authorized employees and collaborators have access to your personal data. Partners with whom we cooperate, such as companies providing accounting services, companies providing IT services, courier companies, hosting service providers and entities handling electronic payments, also have access to your personal data.

The Administrator does not, under any circumstances, resell or share personal data with third parties except in the situations described above.

The Administrator will store your personal data only for the period necessary to meet the requirements of applicable law. In particular, this applies to data necessary to fulfill the administrator's obligations before state administration bodies. Your data will be processed until they are deleted or you withdraw your consent, however, the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of data processing before its withdrawal.

We do not transfer your personal data to a third country or international organization.

Personal data is stored in a database that uses technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed data in accordance with the requirements specified by the GDPR, in particular:

a) The computers on which your electronic correspondence is received and on which your data is stored have a number of security measures, including: securing devices in locked rooms accessible only to persons authorized to process data, using security passwords, using licensed anti-virus software and network firewalls, using licensed operating systems and e-mail software, protecting computers against unauthorized viewing of the screen by unauthorized persons (clean screen policy );

b) Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by the Administrator or processing entities that process data based on data processing entrustment agreements concluded by the Administrator, obliging partners to maintain an appropriate level of data security.

 

The Administrator declares that it has implemented all necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security and integrity of the personal data it processes, as well as to prevent their loss, modification and/or access by unauthorized third parties.


8.    What rights do you have in connection with the processing of your data?
In connection with our processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
1)    access to your data (information about the processed data and obtaining a copy of this data);
2)    requests for rectification (correction) of data;
3)    requests to delete data processed unjustifiably;
4)    Restrictions on data processing (suspension of data operations);
5)    Transferring data to another administrator.

6) withdraw consent to data processing at any time if it is carried out pursuant to Art. art. 6 section 1 letter f) GDPR without affecting the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

 

Each User has the right to change or update their personal data by sending instructions in the form indicated in point. 2.

In order to modify or request deletion of data, please specify precisely what data the request concerns and what is the desired method of data modification (e.g. change of personal data, complete deletion of personal data from the database).

 

Personal data may be deleted as a result of withdrawing consent or submitting a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.

 

9.    The right to lodge a complaint about our data processing.
At any time, you have the right to submit a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that our processing of personal data is in violation of the law.

10.    Will personal data be used for profiling or automated decision-making?
No, we profile your personal data or otherwise intend to make decisions regarding your preferences based on automated data processing.

11. Cookie policy

When visiting the website www.indesignstudio.info, the Administrator's system automatically downloads the so-called cookies, i.e.: public IP address of the computer from which the query came, name of the client station, User name provided in the authorization process, time of query arrival, first line of the http request, http response code, number of bytes sent by the server, URL address of the previously visited page by the User - if the Website was accessed via a link, information about the user's browser, information about errors that occurred during the connection.

The Administrator uses cookies to monitor User traffic on the website and to develop website usage statistics.

The User may block the collection of such information at any time by disabling cookies in the browser settings.
