Your data including: e-mail address, name, surname, company, NIP, REGON, street, house number and possibly apartment number, postal code, city, country, voivodeship, telephone number and mobile phone number will be processed for the purpose of:

The legal basis for processing in this case is Art. 6 section 1 letter b) GDPR, authorizing the processing of data necessary to perform the contract. To the extent that your personal data are included in accounting documents, they will be processed for the purposes and limits arising from the Act of September 19, 1994 on Accounting, and the legal basis for processing is Art. 6 section 1 letter c) GDPR.

b) sending commercial information and offering services directly (direct marketing). The legal basis for processing in this case is Art. 6 section 1 letter a) GDPR, authorizing us to process data based on your consent.
